General Information
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request without explanation.• Please make sure to carefully read these terms before sending your request — I’m not responsible for misunderstandings caused by skipping them.• I retain rights to my artwork, including the right to post finished pieces on my portfolio or social media for promotional purposes. If you prefer your commission to remain private, this can be discussed beforehand.• All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless a commercial license is discussed and paid for (see below).• Clients will receive a rough sketch for approval before the rendering process begins. You're welcome to ask for progress updates at any stage of the work.Turnaround Time
• Completion time depends on my current queue and the complexity of the piece — typically between 3–5 days to 1–2 weeks after payment.• Rush orders (needed within 72 hours) may incur an additional fee, depending on complexity.• If there’s a specific deadline, please mention it in advance when making your request.Payment
• Payments are accepted via PayPal only.• Full payment is usually required upfront before I begin working on the commission, though exceptions can be made in certain cases.• For commercial usage, a +50% fee will be added to the total.• Major changes after the sketch phase will be subject to a $5-10 revision fee per request, so please be clear with your ideas upfront!Refunds & Cancellations
• Commissions are non-refundable, except in specific cases (see below).• A full refund is only possible if I haven’t started working beyond the sketch phase, or if I need to cancel the commission myself.• If you need to cancel your commission, please notify me within 48 hours after confirmation.
